In 2016, we set out in Aydın with a strong sense of community spirit. Our goal was to create safe and high-quality living spaces accessible to everyone. Looking back today, we are proud to see that we have grown this goal together, with 13 completed projects and 5 new projects currently under construction.

We believe in the power of the cooperative system. By minimizing contractor profits, we plan and implement our projects together with the expertise of our technical staff, and we conduct the entire process in a transparent and collective manner.

In every project we start by purchasing land, we minimize costs and make the most efficient use of the tax advantages offered by the state to cooperatives. This allows us to produce quality housing at costs well below market rates.

Our members are not just homeowners; they are active participants in the process. We make decisions together at every step, from the technical team to the purchasing committee, and implement them together. Because we believe the strongest structure is one built together.

Our goal is to complete every project within a maximum of 2 years. We prepare our payment plans accordingly, ensuring they are transparent and sustainable.

In the future, we will continue to redefine nature, peace, and neighborliness with the right projects in the right locations.
